Hi, I’m Jen — a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of Pivot Pelvic Health. I began my PT career nearly a decade ago in orthopedic health, but became drawn to pelvic health after recognizing a major gap in women’s healthcare. After taking my first pelvic health course, I was surprised by how much crucial information about women’s health isn’t talked about — and how many women were silently suffering, believing their symptoms were just “normal.”

Today, I specialize in pelvic health, blending my orthopedic background to help clients achieve long-term relief and better function — because your pelvic floor doesn’t work alone! I focus on treating the whole person and addressing the root cause of symptoms to support lasting results.

At Pivot Pelvic Health, my mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers people to better understand their bodies and feel confident in their movement and recovery. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, healing postpartum, managing pelvic pain, or simply wanting to improve your pelvic health, I’m here to guide and support you.

As a solo practitioner, I value building real connections with my clients and creating a personalized, one-on-one experience in a calm and welcoming space. I’m also passionate about community education and love partnering with local providers, gyms, and wellness spaces to spread awareness about the importance of pelvic floor health.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me at the park or zoo with my husband and one-year-old son, out for a run, or stopping by local coffee shop. I know firsthand how impactful pelvic floor care can be — both professionally and personally — and I’m honored to walk alongside others on their journey.
